1961 historic recording of Space Comedian Bill Dana as  Astronaut  Jose Jimenez  - First words spoken to Alan Shepard on his Freedom 7 flight May 5 1961 by Astronaut Deke Slayton - "OK Jose, your on your way!"  Students:  Society advanced in just a few years. By 1970  Bill Dana retired this character after realizing it was racially offensive.
